We used Kent since he started his own company. His prices are very fair and he guarantees all his work. He is quick on service calls and is straight forward and truthful about the work to be done. We needed a new evaporator coil. At the time we had been quoted over $5000 for the work everywhere else quoted upwards of $5000 he did it for a fraction of the price.(pre COVID). He does not gouge just asks for fair labor and parts prices. He is also very professional.
