There’s not enough words to even say how great it was to have Kent Custom Homes build our house! From the time we walked in the door and sat with Mandi to go over plans, upgrades and how the process works to sitting with Jenn and picking out all the fun details of our home like flooring, faucets, doors, tile, countertops, modifications and so much more! From Ira, Mike, to Joel as superintendents on the job, they all were great! Joel is new to the team and he was awesome! Anytime we had seen something we questioned, Joel was on top of it and getting it done before we even asked! Big thanks to him and meeting us on the last day to turn over the keys. I would of given him a hug but that 6 feet social distancing got in the way!! Thanks again Kent for making our retirement dream home come true!! You all are the best and I’m gonna miss ya!

Kent Builders was recommended via Angie's listing and what a disappointment. This company wasted valuable time in my dream home build. They were quick to take a $500.00 fee for house plan drawing which never got finished as they kept adding the same issues I told them to remove. I wondered why Kent never initiated any review appointments to see how the plans were progressing and when I emailed them they kept telling me they had been so busy. After couple of months, and no plans, I got an invite to a viewing of their model home in a new subdivision(never think I was a client), now I knew why they had no time to draw my plans...I immediately requested they return my monies and I am still waiting...I finally got a wonderful builder who had my plans in less the a month...
