This builder was a nightmare to deal with. Shoddy workmanship. He was unable to complete the project as promised, stole materials and tools, showed up drunk every day and threatened my family. In the end we had to bring in another contractor and pay an additional $15,550 because of damage this man did to the structure of our home. Avoid this person. We also found out that he was not a licensed contractor and the bond / insurance information he presented was bogus.
