I've built 2 homes with Kent Nickell and loved the process. He understood our needs and worked with us to make sure we built the home we wanted for our family. Our neighbors come over and always mention how the quality of our house seems a lot better than all the other homes in the area. Kent built our house on our lot, but all the other houses were built by other builders. Trust me (and my neighbors), there's a difference. He's not the fastest builder around so you may have to wait a few extra weeks for the home to be completed. The big builders will throw your house up while Kent will make sure it's right. Before you look at other builders you should give Kent a call and have him give you a house bid. We're glad we did!

I would not recommend this contractor. He doesn't show up when he is supposed to, does not call, does not answer when you call or text him or leave voice messages. He takes forever to accomplish even a simple job, For instance a 2-week job has now taken him over 5 months and is still not finished. I see no evidence that he has any integrity. He will apologize when confronted, but reverts immediately back to the same behavior. Do not hire this company if you want to keep your sanity intact.
