Do not pay this man upfront!! He takes advantage of the elderly, and vulnerable people, especially single mothers. He does not do the job he is hired for. He cuts corners when he does do the work, milks the job as long as possible, and then doesn't finish his contract. It is almost impossible to cut ties with him without police getting involved and even then he will contact again. He also stole expensive equipment from my family on several occasions. Please beware!!!
