    we hire Keogh engineering early 2020 grading & drainage (G & D)for the house we're going to built, City of Phoenix planning dept. keeping asking then for re-summited the drawing is has been year and 4 month and we still have got permit to built the house because the (G & D) now the Keogh Engineer wants more money before they will re-submit the drawing. if you want to hire make sure you get a attorney
