I had a complete kitchen remodel. I was quoted one price for the complete job after Ken inspected the job. Thereafter, about half way through the job I was told the job would be an additional $500 because the work to level the floor was more than he anticipated upon his first inspection. I guess I thought he knew what the job would entail because he had personally inspected it prior to beginning.

There were many details unfinished to include not finishing the floor under the stove and refrigerator and leaving it half done and uneven. There was spots where he did not finish painting. There were cabinet knobs installed uneven making the work look very unprofessional. He argued with his assistant during the work to make it worse.

What is worse? I texted asking for him to come out and finish the details (with pictures) to be BLOWN OFF by him on the agreed meeting date. Thereafter, I called and left multiple messages to have the details completed to be ignored! WOW.....very unprofessional and a rip off in my opinion to the tune of $21,500 job!

Ker Tile and Marble did send an introductory email and requested that we contact them for an appointment. A voice mail message was left on their phone, regarding the project. However, we have not received any further contact from this company.
