Horrible businesman. No stars. DO NOT EVER USE! We previously had them refinish our hall and kitchen. At that time the job was done beautifully. Decided to hire them to refinish the guest room. As they worked, my husband noticed that the floor was light, not matching the hallway as asked . We’re told not to worry, when the floor dries, it will match. Paid in full. We then opened the plastic sheet that was covering the doorway and were shocked at what we saw. The color was off by 4 shades and there was no sheen to the floor.
We called and texted for 3 days. Could not believe that someone who was in business for 25!years would not even return a phone call. We kept it all civil. All we wanted was for him to check the job. Total silence. Unfortunately, we are now forced to take him to small claims court. I will not allow someone so much mprofessional and rude steal $1,200.00 dollars from me. Their ad states 100 percent done to your satisfaction.
They can’t do this if they don’t return your phone call. SEE YOU IN COURT!

Whoever wrote that review and gave a 1 to Keri Flooring is so untrue. They refinished my hardwood floors and did an amazing job. First of all it’s none of your business how much he pays his workers. It’s a lie anyway. He has had the same crew for. Years and the owner works with them. That is a ridiculous rumor and I’m surprised it was even printed.

I had an amazing kitchen floor install by Keri Wood Floors a while back, but I was amazed to learn from a friend that the hard workers who work for this Company are not paid a proper hourly rate for the hard work they do, they have pay withdrawn by the owner at his discretion. They work 12 hour days and he will take a full day's pay out of their wage for the slightest thing. I am disgusted and would hope that this illegal practice is not still going on!!!!!! For this reason I would not rate this Contractor one single star. Shame on him!!!!!
