    Install two toliets
    $460

    I wish I could rate them with zero stars. They are the contractor from Lowe's and they are horrible. We had an estimate to install two toilets done the last week in May (right after Memorial Day). We never heard anything from the office. No calls, no emails, nothing. We had to go down to Lowe's and complain and finally they decided to call us. After Lowe's emailed and called them. This was last week - July 9th. They were supposed to come the 13th to do the installation. The plumber called me the day of and asked if he could come early. I then get a call from the office and the office staff stated that the plumber was out for the day. I stated that the plumber called me not 10 minutes ago. She then said that he "had van trouble" - this was 9am. They couldn't send anyone out and rescheduled the appointed for 9am - 11am for this Monday. What really happened is they got an emergency call and blew us off again. The plumber was late by an hour and then didn't have the right supply line for the toilet. This same plumber did the original estimate. He told me he had two jobs and then he would go and get the right line and come back. This was at 1:30 yesterday July 16th. He never came back! I told him I would be home all day and he never said that he wouldn't be back nor did he say when/if he would be back today. Do not waste your time with this company. They do not answer their phones, nor do they return voicemails. Do yourself a favor and take your money to another plumber.

    Subcontractor for sears. Showed up after dusk for a water heater install. Wanted to tear down the door and walls to remove the existing water heater. That would be a dangerous solution and I did not want to buy it.

    Seemed like the plumber was either not experienced or just looking to reschedule. I refused to deal further with this installer and contacted Sears.
