    Paint house

Kermit Tyler came out to give me a quote. We agreed on price and I gave him a $1500 deposit. I NEVER HEARD FOM HIM AGAIN. Will file police report so this doesn't happen to anyone else!!

This crook took us for our deposit of $2,000. Literally painted over rotten wood. Was supposed to replace a couple of Hardee plank boards and instead slapped on regular boards that weren't even nailed down. We have never seen such shoddy workmanship. He is a disgrace to his profession. I don't know how he sleeps at night. He's a liar and a conartist. I hope Karma gives him everything he deserves. It took me over a month to earn that money he stole from us. I will be calling the one reference I could get through to and tell them all about it. He is one despicable human being. Beware!!!

Kermit Tyler is a crooked, dishonest person who left us in the lurch for $600! He is not a man of his word. Don't even consider hiring Kermit. Also, he pays his employees under the table and pays them a deplorable rate, to boot. He's an all-around bad deal.

We hired Kermit to pressure wash our house and ended up with him not only pressure washing but painting our outside trim and staining our deck plus painting one wall inside my kitchen. We were very satisfied with his work and his charges were very reasonable. I do not have anything bad to say about him or his crew. They were very polite and considerate of all requests. If anything, I might say his watch was sometime on central or mountain time for when he said he would be here but when he did get here he was always in a good mood and ready to work. I will gladly call Kermit Tyler the next time I need this kind of work.

Hate to say it. Seemed like a nice guy. Maybe in over his head. But, totally ignored a bill he owed me. Repeatedly said he would pay it. Didn't return calls or emails.
    Sad

Normally I am very easy going but I have to say Kermit Tyler is not a man of his word. He was hired to paint the exterior of our home, trim and deck. Several things he painted peeled, within a month. He puttied over wood rot instead of replacing wood and it was sunken and dented, even leaking in places within a month or two! He elected to paint my deck floor when the weather looked like rain, and you will never believe what happened...it rained. The deck floor looks terrible.
He was working near my home and I showed him everything and he agreed to fix it. Kept calling him to return, would see him around and remind him to no avail. He never came back. Don't fall for his charming and positive personality, he is dishonest.
