I would never refer him to any one. His supposed preliminary drawing was really just a great drawing for a floor plan. No contractor could use the supposed plan. We are now heading towards legal matters. He's demanding payment for something he did not do. We had to hire another company to produce ACTUAL plans. He was referred to us by a friend that had a better experience and possibly , because the wife works for the city so she would have known when wool was being pulled over her eyes early in the game. We had to be schooled by multiple general contractors. Horrible experience!
