The experience was terrible. We moved out of state, so our house was supposed to get ready for sale. We had him do some drywall and paint the entire inside of home. There was drywall mess left in the garage and not cleaned up. The paint on the inside of home was not good at all. There was scuffs on the ceiling and there was two spots where he did not paint at all. There was paint on our wood trim, faucet handles and one inch of paint left in both of our bath tubs, which our cleaning lady charged us more money to clean all the paint out of the tubs. Also they dumped paint in our yard which splashed on our wood fence. Then there is the caulk job on the back splash of the kitchen sink, it was a huge mess. It was a terrible job, it was the worst caulk job I ever seen. So now we have to pay someone else more money to tear out the caulk and do it again. I called Ray Keteyian to address the issues and he act like it was no big deal. I told him that the cleaning lady had to clean the tubs and she charged us more money and he said that you can just rinse it out. So I said if that was the case then why didn't you do that and he replied we didn't see it. How do you not see one inch of paint in the tubs when our tubs were white and the paint we choose was beige. I would not use this contractor or refer him to anyone. He is very unprofessional and also seen on this site that his licensed expired on 5/31/2011
