Ditto to above to leaving leaks. Left my home with dripping valve and leaks from repairs inside walls causing thousands of dollars of damage and refused to fix it as my husband and little ones get flooded or live without water. My husband turned the water off by the street (?) and my little one called my crying in the bathroom. He tried to wipe, but since the toilets wouldn't flush, it was so full, he had gotten feces on his little hand with no water to wash his hands. Boy was he a mess (pun intended). We ended up waiting a month for them, according to their schedule anyway.... Thank goodness we got a REAL PLUMBER out to fix it right away.... before it cost both us and them more money and my children horrible stress (my poor little 5 year old).
Everyone messes up.. its the ones who don't fix it when they do in a timely manner. We got several bids and enough expert proof to document the problem to hold them accountable. Going through all this has been a nightmare and I wish we had chosen better the 1st time. Such minor repairs ended up being the worst contractor experience you could imagine.
Worst customer service of our lives!

I have had both Kevin and Josh do several plumbing related jobs for me in my home. Both are professional and knowledgeable. Unlike the 2017 review, I have never had an issue with them or their integrity/honesty. I will continue to use them for any plumbing services I need and often refer my friends to them.

Kevin and Josh are excellent plumbers! We’ve used them again for our needs. We found them to do great work at a good price. I actually liked having them in my home. I’ve referred several people to them who were also impressed with their results. They were fair and quoted me good pricing and charged me the same. I couldn’t give a stronger recommendation for any business. I’ve been thoroughly impressed and I’m sure you will be too.

Also, when I had a problem they couldn’t solve in my prompt timeframe, I was referred to 2 other competent and reasonably priced technicians. They’re just great!

Kevin Darby plumbers are either incompetent or crooks. They did not discover the source of a very common type of leak: a worn valve seal. They instead told me they thought it was leaking through the bathtub seals and charged me over $200 to replace the bathtub drain flange and overflow cover plate. They told my neighbor that they were unable to discover the cause of the leak and to call when it leaks into their unit again; different story than what they told me. When I discovered it was still leaking, I called another plumber who identified the real issue within 10 minutes; the leak had all the telltale signs of a worn seal valve. I watched an instructional YouTube video, payed $9 for a valve seal and fixed it myself.
