I would not recommend this contractor. My home was never properly completed. My gutters were not properly installed. At my own expense, I had them repitched and a downspout added to correct constant overflows. My water lines freeze, due to the fact that they were never wrapped or insulated. Just completely exposed water lines! Communication with Kevin is extremely difficult. He simply doesn’t respond to texts or answer phone calls. He doesn’t follow up on any problems.
