Kevin and his crew were unbelievable. They were extremely proffessional and courteous to the fact that we had a 2 year old running around. I would recxomens kevin to anyone. The project was completed faster than anticipated schedule also! As a fellow tradesman, the way I like to treat my customers was the way Kevin treated us, definately hire him.

We hired KS Construction to replace our wood decks with composite. 1st problems is they did the decks incorrectly. After being told they would do the decks as is, changing nothing but the wood to composite, they reconstructed the whole deck without telling anyone. After seeing this me and my husband approached the owner Kevin who was completely unprofessional telling us that fixing this was going to put him back in time and make him late for other jobs, He did it the more "cost efficient" way even though he never discounted us. We had already paid full price. Then he swore at me on the phone and hung up on me. He later fixed some of it to the way we wanted, but we still ended up losing 3 feet of our deck, still not getting any money back. Secondly we paid for Veranda fencing on our lower deck and got wood with lattice nailed to it, but only on one side. When asked if he was going to complete the lattice he said it was done. the work was never completed. and we were left with 2 unfinished lattice walls, nails, cigarettes and trash all over our backyard.
