Had appointment with Kevin Tapley. Waited all day. Didn't show, didn't call, still hasn't. Probably just drove by and decided it wasn't what he wanted or some such.
Obviously this isn't an evaluation of his electrical work, but Kevin Tapley is the owner and the one you'll be dealing with. So good luck with that.
