    Smooth criminal

    Kevin was contracted to do full gut rehab on an investment property. He suggested in 8 weeks it would be completed. Mid-project, he and his crew disappeared for a month or so. Finally, he revealed that he had used my payment to fund some other jobs that had gone badly. We worked on how to move forward and he failed again. Basically, he was pocketing the money and not paying his subs or buying materials.

    Kevin's business is going done the tubes. Anyone who works with him can expect their project and money to go done the tubes with him.
