I bought a 100 year old fixer in down town Crescent City. Kevin was recommended to me by my realtor. The house had a chimney that was cracked, missing a spark arrestor/ cap, leaking and just needed to come down. Knowing that once they tore into that 100 year old wall, we would probably get into the ever expanding project of "and this needs to be done to bring it to code". So I asked Kevin for a full quote to tear out the chimney, put in new windows, insulation and siding and paint. We did have to increase the bid a bit once they got into it because in order to put in insulation they had to take out the ship lath. But the wall is perfect, I left the fireplace façade on the inside and I am sure that wall won't cause me any more issues. Kevin is prompt to answer texts or email. The job was done quickly and clearly they knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend!
