FRAUD like others are saying he’s now operating under a license under Angela decample. Should have known them but I looked up the new co and no complaints. It’s now Kevin carpenter and consultants. Same story as everyone else. No permits or documentation. I have s garage full of his equipment. Didn’t start my addition but did a good amount of siding and roofing but not complete. Shoddy work crew. Disappeared a number of times then showed back up. Supposedly ordered materials never received. No longer responding at all after I hired a lawyer who told him we will start legal action if he did not immediately resume work. Submitted a consumer complaint as well.

BEWARE!!! This man is a con artist!!! He took $1400 as a deposit for architectural plans and showed up to our house with a piece of paper and marker drawing. He said he’d have the really plans the next day. We never heard from him. We requested our money back. Never heard from him.

When we first hired him he told us “his” company in Philly would be doing the work. He gave us a pamphlet from them and everything. We called the company and they said yes, he does work for them and gives quotes. So we thought we were hiring that company through him. Wrong. When I called back to company they must have blocked my number because I could never get anyone on the phone again.

Kevin accepted a deposit to construct a detached garage and never began any work.

I hired Kevin to do vinyl siding on my house. I gave him 40% down on a $10000 job. Kevin spent a lot of time texting me about the permit which he never got. He kept pushing back the start date. He finally came after 10 days and made a delivery of supplies. The following Monday he showed up with one person and demoed my back kitchen that was not in the contract. The following day he worked on the soffit and fascia. I complained that the color was not white. He pulled all the metal off all the windows at my house and never came back . He never responded to text messages. He never called. He did not even do. 10% of the work. He stole my $4000. He left the scrap metal in my yard. He is not licensed. I am hurt and confused.

Dont ever use this contractor.. He is a complete fraud and we are going to court. I hope he gets arrested for stealing money. He is done 50% of the job and has not returned.. he has a lot of our money and never finished. We are going after him legally.

Complete FRAUD!! I have been in the construction industry my entire life and decided to give this kid a chance. Took my money. Said he prepaid his workers who never showed up. Not one iota of work was ever done. Still owes me a $1,000.00 deposit that I can't collect because he doesn't have the money. Made dozens promises to show work and never did. This kid is a flat out liar and crook.

Kevin M. Harrison is a fraud, he will take your money under the guise of buying materials and does not return to do the work nor will he return phone calls.

His so called professional work crew is shoddy and inexperienced and they have no talent. The ruined my kitchen floor because they used the wrong equipment.

I warn you, DO NOT use this deceitful person he will only steal your money.

This guy is a fraud. Was supposed to redo our deck. Took our deposit for materials and we never heard from him again. No one answers the office phone numbers. All numbers go directly to voicemail and no calls are returned. Be warned.

My situation is same as above, about 80% finished. Once we told him he had to finish before anymore money we have not seen or heard from him since. Come to find out he did all the work without pulling the permits and had no inspections done. Made numerous calls to him and office. Have not heard from anyone

Seemed very professional. Started the work, got 80% completed and was scheduled to finish the next day. He did not show up or call. I called him three times and his office several times. No one answers either phone and no one has called back. It has been four days. I am not sure where to go from here.
