I scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate on front entry door removal/replacement and same day work. A complete day was spent waiting for this company that never showed up and didn't bother to contact me with an explanation. I called the company multiple times, left voicemails and never received a response.
A good faith gesture on their part would be to compensate me for the vacation time I used to be available for the appointment. Businesses expect customers to meet their obligations and the same courtesy should be reciprocated.
My recommendation is to skip over this company when searching for reliable home construction companies and save yourself the disappointment.
