Connolly Plumbing came to my house in Pocasset MA to replace two valves which feed our outdoor shower. The owner of the company, Kevin Connolly, personally did the job because we were told it was going to be done today but his crew was working on another job.
I can't think of another company who takes customer service this seriously.
Come to find out, Mr. Connolly is also one of the plumbing inspectors in Falmouth and *teaches* plumbing continuing education courses at Upper Cape Cod Technical.
I know very little about plumbing, but I can see quality work. What he did looks, well, like a textbook example of how plumbing should look. It makes the other solder joints and pipework in my basement look amateurish.
Lastly, I was expecting to shell out a big wad of dollars because the summer folks are now arriving and clamoring for a plumber -- they're getting rarer and rarer. He charged me about 50% less than what I expected.
I cannot say enough about Connolly Plumbing. Call them. They're the people that professionals in the industry call too. Six stars.
