Is it possible to rate 0 stars? Initially, Kevin was great and came out relatively quickly to assess a problem in my bathroom. He gave me several options and good prices. That was the only pleasurable experience with Kevin. Promises were made, but zero were kept. He needed speciality parts and it took me several weeks and dozens of calls and texts to keep up with the progress. Kevin never took it upon himself to reach out to me, a customer who wanted to pay him for his services. I had to constantly track him down, often being sent straight to voicemail. When I could get a hold of Kevin, he made more promises, such as appointments that he never keeps. I made several follow-up appointments, only for him to bail on them. Kevin lacks basic communication skills and the ability to follow-through with what he says.
