Kevin Sisco was was contracted to finish some unfinished storage space by installing insulation and drywall. Insulation went in fine, but a carpenter was sent to finish the drywall. This took several days longer than expected. Two walls were damaged as the carpenter left, and Kevin agreed to repair them. A couple of days later we were finally done cleaning up after his carpenter and realized what a horrible finish job had actually been done. Almost every screw hole was plainly visible, seams were not covered, and there were many places that were not sanded or didn't have enough drywall mud on them to cover the underlying material. I installed drywall when I was in college, and have been around many other projects, and this was the worst job I have ever seen. It is also the worst job the painters I had come in after the drywall was installed had ever seen as well. When I contacted Kevin about this he agreed to come back and fix it, but since he had asked for (and received) payment, this conversation was the last time I ever heard from him. Now I am having to pay someone else to fix this horrible work.
