Kevin Thompson is the best plumber I have encountered in years. He was responsive, efficient, clean, and inexpensive. I needed a new water heater and got 3 quotes. He definitely had the best price! My new water heater works perfectly and I have recommended Kevin to all my friends.

Kevin Thompson was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, reasonably priced, clean, prompt, and friendly. I have worked with numerous plumbers over the years and Kevin was by far the most knowledgeable and had the best diagnostic ability. He repaired and/or replaced three different problems in my home and he was extremely efficient. When I received the bill I couldn't believe my eyes. I expected to pay at least $100 more than he charged me. I highly recommend Kevin and I will definitely use him again for all future plumbing issues.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this disgusting pig when the management company I was renting from (Miller and Desatnik) hired him to complete a work order. Kevin arrived in the afternoon looking absolutely filthy from head to toe, and in particular was still wearing the same dirty pair of blue gloves from previous work, covered in brown and black stains. He proceeded to touch everything in the kitchen with his dirty gloves-- countertops, sink, faucet, and cabinets. He then proclaimed that he could not fix the problem (the faucet would whistle/hum loudly when the water was running), and that I would "just have to get used to it". I later saw an invoice he sent to the management company in which he claimed to have completed the repair.
THE REAL PROBLEM, THOUGH, WAS THAT HE WAS HARASSING ME AFTER THAT FOR WEEKS!!! He called my cell phone multiple times a day, multiple days, trying to make an appointment to work on a separate plumbing issue. The second plumbing issue was not urgent, and I made it clear to my building manager and the management company that I did not want them sending him for any future work orders. Then he showed up at my apartment, with no appointment, demanding to be let in to work on the bathroom sink. He did this a total of three times. The third time he did it, I pretended not to be home, and considered calling the police (in retrospect, I wish I had called the police). That very same day, the different plumber that the management company had sent, per my request, arrived and fixed the second plumbing issue. To top everything off, that pig Kevin charged a missed appointment fee, outright LYING about me having made an appointment. Even now, I am still very emotionally upset about all of this.
