  I hired Kevin to fully remodel both my rental homes & everything turned out great. Floor. Paint. Trim. Doors. Let me use his discount on supplies I needed. Called him back to do all new windows & did both houses in 1 day. He then gave me his cost on windows as well. Saving me thousands of dollars. He now does all my work & work for my wives real estate company. Never met a man with so much knowledge. 1 company that does it all very well & in amazing fashion & time. His tile work is unreal. Highly recommend for any type of work.

  Flooring

  $16,000

  We hired Kevin in Feb of 18 to replace flooring through out our home. We paid over 16 thousand to do the flooring, trim and interior doors. Kevin's time management was horrible. Virtually every time line he set was late. We just had a lovely surprise, our master bath sub floor has to be replaced due to his lack of workmanship. If you're considering this individual, run don't walk away.

  Replace windows and roof

  $200,000

  I hired Kevin to replace windows in 3 homes and he stole the money. I took him to court and he never showed up and I won his bond. Now I have another court date in April to go after my money. He painted and did some work at one of my places that looked like a middle school shop project gone wrong.

  House remodel

  $19,000

  hired Kevin to install floors, replace all moulding, and paint. He had one month to do this, in an empty house. Lack of time management led to a rush in the last week. We were ready to move in, and nothing was finished satisfactorily. There are gaps between the floor and the baseboard, and attempts to fill those gaps with tiny slivers of flooring, which voids the manufacturer's warranty due to improper installation. There were paint stains on the floor, even though they tried to paint before installing the floor. They kept having to launch because I kept pointing out spots that were missed, or lines that were crooked. When we presented these things to Kevin, he had defenses for everything. We paid him close to $20,000 just to end things. We've now been living in the house for almost two months, and are still fixing things ourselves. We've had to paint every single inch of moulding ourselves; remove and replace improperly installed moulding; scrub floors;scrape paint off of vinyl window frames;rehang doors (bathroom door gets stuck every time you close it);and more. Kevin can talk very well, making you feel like everything is under control. That's why I hired him. He offered a low price, and talked about how he hates it when contractors take advantage of women by over charging them. Hiring Kevin was a horrible mistake, and I'm still fixing things. I've paid close to $10,000 to fix everything that I paid him $20,000 to do.
