    raise my eave and fix my boot vent
    $3,000

    I hired this guy in December to raise and fix my Eave because each time I would open the front door it would hit against the soffit as well as boot a new boot on my vent pipe . Well he replaced the vent pipe with no problem, but he did nothing with the eave. He replaced the soffit and some of the siding and it looked nice but as the end of the day he did nothing because my door still hits the eave and the soffit that he put is getting ruined. I spent 3k for nothing. Beware with this guy he talks a good game but falls short on his promises.

    Roofing and drywall work
    $9,500

    Beware of this contractor. Very shady and dishonest. He skipped out on us before completing a drywall repair job. Never sign a contract with this contractor unless you go over it with a fine toothed comb, and definitely hold out a significant amount of money until the job is completely done. I really recommend not using him at all.

    Tear down for public adjuster

    I didn't have a very good experience with this company. They worked with my public adjuster and came in for demolition work on my house when there was water damage. After I got money from my insurance company the gentleman who represented this company assumed that the restoration job would be his. I was bringing in other contractors for bids who gave me written estimates but when I asked for a written estimate I was not given one. Rather I was just told the price which was high. I discovered that my baseboards for the area of wall he tore down where thrown away and not preserved. The company representative came off as disrespectful and somewhat shady. I would not have used them even if their price was more reasonable.

    Very professional. You met the owner and he participates in your project. Always makes you feel in control of what's being done. Him and his crew always stop and answer and questions and concerns.
