We manage a property on Heath Avenue in the Bronx and requested a roof repair and then to repair the ceiling of the top floor apartment. We scheduled this job 4 times, each time the tenant waited and nobody showed up. When we called Keystone Contracting, they gave a very poor excuse for not showing up. They rescheduled and again didn’t show up. This happened 4 times. They said they are going today and the tenant just told me nobody showed up. I called Keystone Contracting now and nobody answered the phone. What a loser company. All they had to say was to call someone else or they cannot do the job but they played with us 4 times and never showed up.
