This is my 4th build project and by far this is the worst builder I have ever used. Signed contract for a condo on Jan 30th 2015 and was promised a close date of July 15th as the foundation was already poured. Was finally given a close date of Dec 15th so we locked in our rate and found out 10 days before closing they need to move to Jan 18th. I understand being late but not by 6 months. Also we were given color choices so we went with all white and grey in our master bathroom but they installed a brown stone floor in the shower and said it's all they offer so I'm having to pay to have it changed out. My story is not the only one like this as I've talked with my future neighbors and they all have had similar issues and delays.
