I did and I think the main thing that got me into this business is the opportunity as a General Contractor to be someone people can trust to come to when they have a project or construction need - an area that typically causes anxiety as people worry who to call, who to trust. We mainly deal with Insurance Claims, Roofing, and Exterior Renovations/Restorations, but over the years have developed contacts and trustworthy craftsmen throughout the industry that we are able to refer, with confidence, to our customers long after, or even before we ever actually work for them. It is a large responsibility, as a bad experience with someone we refer can fall back on us, or cost us future business, the same way poor performance on our part could, so it is not something taken lightly. It is a comforting feeling when all is said and done, and you receive sincere gratitude from someone who had expected their project to be a nightmare.

Please run from this guy and this company. Huge mistake hiring them. Having to redo almost everything he started. Job was to last 8 days and after 3 months, it is not done and no one will touch this mess. I am willing to go into detail and have page after page of text messages willing to share if needed. He has cost me a lot of money and has no plan to fix the situation or even contact me to fix the issue.
