KF Renvovations transformed a basement into a beautiful living area under budget and on time. The project invoved building out approximately 1,300 square feet which encompassed the entire basement area. Even the storage area was drywalled, painted, and carpeted with indoor/outdoor carpet.

This company's attention to detail was key to ending up with a space with no unnecessary blukheads or "make-dos" usually found in basement projects. The project finished a walkout basement as a 33X14 rec room, full kitchen, bathroom with 7X5 walkin tiled-to-the-ceiling shower with frameless glass doors, a bedroom with a new egress window (involving new brickwork), and ample finished storage. The trim work including crown mold throughout was flawless. We recommend KF Renovations withour any reservation.

Oscar and his crew are fantastic. Oscar takes great pride in his work, and he will tell you what is best based on your budget and your space. His crew is very respectful, and they all do fantastic work. I go to Oscar for any contracting needs I have because I know that he will refer me to the right person if it's a specialized job he can't do himself.

Oscar was knowledgeable without all the hype I received from a lot of contractors. His pricing was very reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner maintaining a clean work area at the end of each day. We have had two bathroom renovations completed by Kf Renovations and have been totally satisfied with both quality and price.
