Sam took the job to complete a fence and roof, as well as removing siding and putting on EIFS on to our house. After pushing the installation by almost 2 months, they started the project. He did not order the correct materials and this lead to delays. Then their installation was not done correctly and this further delayed things. He then asked for 3 weeks off to complete another job, and at the conclusion quit the job while keeping the deposit. He claims we were unreasonable in our requests to show up. Now we have to sue him as he has made no attempt to return any funds. Beware! So I would say he is a fraud and a liar.
