Kia is essentially nothing more than a liar and a scammer. His quality of work could not possibly be worse than it is. Unfortunately, he did work on our house last year and thanks to his terrible work we basically spent money for the value of our house to decrease. The hardwood was not installed properly at all with some parts of the wood having huge gaps between them. Many spots in the house make loud squeaking noises when you walk on them because of how badly they were installed. The steps were so poorly installed that they actually fell apart multiple times and had to be fixed multiple times. The worst part is that this whole remodeling happened due to water damage, and he "fixed" the shower without sealing the space between the shower floor and the shower wall so the day we moved back in there was another leak as soon as the shower was used because all the water slipped through that unsealed gap and caused more damage to our ceiling. I have no idea how this guy has a contract but no one should do business with him unless you want to lose your money and have the worst contractor I have ever seen damage your house.
He's nothing more than a scammer and a con artist.
