Last October Howard Kibe accepted a $6100 retainer to purchase materials and put a new roof on my house. The check was cashed and he never contacted me again. I talked to him twice and he said he was coming over shortly. That never happened. I have been unable to contact him since either by phone or his place of business. So much for doing business with locals. They can be just as unsatisfactory as someone from out of town. Be very wary about doing business with this company. Definitely not recommended.
