By Yulia B.June 15, 2021Builders insurance repair work$5,000
We bought our condo a little over a year ago, with 1 year builders insurance. Over the past year a slew of issues occurred, some of which have been fixed over time (mostly minor things). However, when the time got to almost the end of the first year, the responses from the builder started being delayed with the reasoning they could not find a professional to do certain services etc., eventually leading to radio silence. We've been working with Nethanel's team first - Gilad and others, but once they stopped responding we reached out to Nethanel, to which he said he wasn't aware and wanted to talk. However, he did not pick up his phone on the date and time we agreed to speak and stopped answering messages (while he does read them!).
One of the unresolved issues is the live wire in the wall that is somehow connected to one of the air vents, and sparks if touched! Huge fire hazard which has been brought to the builders' attention shortly after the closing and has been brushed off for a year!

Avoid this builder if you can. Extremely hard to reach and get a hold of and unwillingly to work with you for anything. Signed a contract to fix home issues, and have been practically dodging all calls, emails, or communication.
Hard to get a hold of anyone and they constantly work under different LLC names. Be careful and avoid.

I lived at 335 N Edgewood Street for a year straight and it was the most HORRIBLE experience I’ve ever experienced. To begin with, our electricity was cut off the first week of residing there and they didn’t do anything about it, which caused us to stay in a hotel for three days. Then, our pipes in the basement kept busting and we would be without water for over 24 hours. Of course when I advised Anna of this, she would either not answer the calls or say that she’s out of town and didn’t get the responses. THEN, we had a mouse infestation that no one fixed, along with a roach problem that no one resolved, there were cracks and holes in the walls, half of the outlets did not work, etc. The basement was not livable and they never fixed any of our concerns. I am now trying to get my security deposit back from these people since they owed me $1200 and the check decided to bounce a month and a half later, and of course NO ONE is answering the phone to resolve this. I’m pretty much ready to take them to court.

They are horrible with communication. I have only been with them since March 9th 2018 and I am trying to terminate my lease. Everytime I call the office I can never get an answer. I leave several voice messages and emails, no one responds. When I finally do get an answer, Ana gives me the run around to stall for more time. They never complete anything they say they will. My overall experience is horrible. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I just signed my lease on March 29, 2018. Before I signed the lease, I paid 1st month, last month and double the security deposit ($3300 in total). When I tried to enter my apartment for the first time on April 2nd, the door to my apartment was wide open, my key didn't work, and the floor was littered with buckets of paint. Power tools were plugged into my outlet, and empty cans of water and soda were on the floor. The main office doesn't answer my calls nor respond to my messages, and I was charged a late fee on April 2nd. I just paid to move in five days prior. What exactly am I late paying? I am looking to get out of my lease based on misrepresentation and would not advise Kiddma LLC to anyone.

They don't like to fix issues ...We have been without heat for a month...The management person Anna keeps sending our calls to voicemail and when she does answer she always say she's out of town and she will contact the contractor then goes back to rejecting our calls and text ....We are now without water in the bathroom and our door leading to the patio won't stay closed and the heat doesn't work so it is extremely cold in here
