    I have been friends with Charlie a few years now we're also related He came to me and asked to borrow $80,000 I told him not without a contract wrote up a contract had it notarized and we both signed it. You were supposed to have me all paid off by July 18th- 2025 He had a contract With the city of Mount Pleasant He lost that contract He did pay me back 30,000 He owes me 50,000 I talked to him once over the phone about it Flimsy excuse as to why he's not paying me I have called Him multiple times sent multiple text messages with no response I stopped at his house I know he was there but he would not answer the door. So I hired a lawyer and now I'm waiting To see what's happen probably have to take him to court. Found out that he has screwed other people over to he's dishonest. I would never recommend him to anybody else for his services he's a Liar, thief and a crook so beware do not trust this guy. Mike L. August 29th 2025

    install ac unit

    We are senior citizens and we are retired.
    We hired Kihn Heating & Cooling (Charlie Kihn) to install a new ac unit. He required half down, would be installed Aug 2,2022 . Never showed up and never called. WE called him four times, his excuses were, have to go to Canada, I forgot all about you, I am so busy. He gave us muti days he would be there to install it, he never showed up and never called. Took him to small claims court, where he told the judge, he was so busy he kept pushing us out and he was ordered to give us our money back within 30 days, he failed to comply. Second Subpoena - he failed to appear, Third Subpoena he also failed to appear. Now we are on Step Four.
    Just beware and do some research.
