Mike and Cyndi Kik are wonderful people to work with. Very fair and honest. Mike is an excellent builder and trim carpenter and pays close attention to detail. Cyndi is great at lay outs and design and handles all of the paperwork. She's also a Realtor and sold us the lot that we built on. This couple was available for us and our questions during the entire process every hour of the day or night! We were thrilled with our new home and they finished earlier than expected. It exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends.
