We hired Ken through an ad in either the Herald or Sparta Independent to plow our driveway. The kids are out of the house, the snowblower on the fritz and my husband has a bad back. Too much for me. He seemed nice enough. but never let you know when he was coming etc. In the winter of 2020- 2021. We were happy to have it plowed. But he just randomly showed up looking for a check based on his memory of when he plowed.
This mild winter he showed up in a brand new Corvette, paid in cash, and said he came 10 times, $600. Both my husband and I were like, WHAT? If he did show up more than 5 times, he came when it was not needed. Then the lies started. I threatened to stop payment on check and was already to do so, but he is a vengeful man. So, we took the high road for our safety. If he runs that construction business like a simple snow plowing business, I recommend you avoid at all costs.

We hired Ken to plow the driveway. We had him for about 3 years. The first two years he tore up the yard every time it snowed. This year we put markers along the driveway to stop that from happening. During the big storm that dropped 30” of snow he left the end of the driveway unusable. He pushed a giant mound of snow in front of the mailbox. I watched him do it. He was notified that he needed to come and fix the end of the driveway. He proclaimed it was not his fault but the county’s, but he would come and check it out. He never came back leaving the driveway in a miserable state. Still digging out the mailbox out days later. He charged $150 for a horrible job. I would never recommend his plowing service to anyone. One star of five if I could leave zero I would.

He never returned despite of my constant follow-up to fix the backyard lights that he replaced when he changed my roofs. I've been seeing him and he always says" I will do it" and it's over 3 years now and even though I see him, he just says he will do it but never keep his word. Lesson I learned...never pay the full contract price unless work is completely finished. I thought I could trust him as he seemed nice guy but never came back to fix the light. I cannot climb as it is in the roof and he was the one who offered to change it. It was working before but when he changed it, I totally lost having lights at my backyard.

Kilduff followed exactly my requests in enhancing my decking, cleaning and staining deck, house and garage with loft. They provided informed suggestions and offered alternatives to make for seamless, affordable, and beautiful results.
