We called to have our drain line cleared of tree roots. They scheduled an appointment the very next day, and right on time Joe Conway from Killeen showed up. I explained the situation and he was at work in minutes. Despite there being drizzle and the warnings of a major storm, he had the drain cleared out within an hour, complete with camera exam and cleanup. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure he didn't disturb our outdoor kitty. He left no mess and was great in every way - I hope to have him back again if trouble arises. Great Job!
