We needed a new porch, porch roof and stairs replaced. He only replaced the porch and stairs. We have been waiting 10 mos for the roof. He made every excuse in the book about not getting it done and promising to finish by Christmas, then he got hurt and promised to complete the job in March, then April. I would not recommend Jim for anything.

You can see the google review my husband posted for pictures but the legal mess this man has got us in is almost unbelievable. He did incredible amounts of damage to our property and never paid the companies he rented his machines from. So they put a lien on OUR property! Yes, they can do that! He took a substantial amount of money from us with NO intentions of finishing the job. His insurance won’t cover him anymore. The list goes on. This man should be in jail but all we can hope for is he never does this to another home owner ever again.
