    We were extremely disappointed in Kilowatt Electric and the service provided by Sam. We contacted Sam to complete the installation of electric in our unfinished home. Sam agreed to install temporary power and test the existing electric to understand what was needed to complete the project. After the initial conversation it became increasingly difficult to communicate (unreturned calls and texts). After installing the temporary electric meter (That was not hooked to the power source) at a cost of $400, Sam did not contact us again. Duke Power also attempted to contact Sam to no avail. We would not recommend Kilowatt Electric.
