Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired Mark for a bathroom project (original bathroom) that began 11/2017. Our project involved a full gut job down to studs and sub floor. Mark took great care in explaining this to us at the beginning of the project and throughout. Prepping our house for this project including laying down heavy duty cardboard to protect our floors. The work area was kept extremely neat and cleaned each day prior too leaving for the day. We had a couple of unexpected challenges we needed to figure out and Mark’s 30+ years of experience paid off to overcome these decisions. My wife and I are extremely happy with Mark’s attention to detail, quality of products recommended and workmanship. Our bathroom has been put to the test-We have 4 teenage boys who use it everyday and it still looks like the day it was completed. I am confident that if you choose Mark for one of your projects you’ll be as happy as we are.

We hired Mr. Kimball to upgrade our kitchen floor, cabinets, and countertops. He quoted us that the job would be 3 weeks start to finish. It took him 5 days to demo 9 cabinets, countertops, and a tile floor. That is because he only works 3 hours a day. He started our job on 7/1 removing 4 cabinets, cutting the drain to the sink and removing 5 pieces of tile. He did not return for 5 days. His work ethics are horrible and he does not consider the homeowner's safety. He states "you are in a construction zone and have to expect this". We finally let him go on 7/23 after he damaged 2 cabinets and installed the sink base wrong. We also lost our food in our fridge because he unplugged it and forgot to plug it back in. Do Not hire this person. It cost us over $1000.00 in the material to replace what he messed up, not including the labor for a new contractor.

** Highly Recommended **
We hired Mark to work on our Kitchen remodel. We had a part of a wall removed and had cabinets installed, along with some fine finish work. This is our first home so we had A LOT of questions. Not only did Mark give us answers, he explained his answers, and was super thorough. Mark not only works with excellence his work areas were constantly clean and tidy. His fine finish work is something we love in our kitchen and we think of him often as our kitchen came out beyond our hopes. He is a master craftsman and you can be sure your home is in good hands when he is working on it.
