    I would definitely recommend Kim to a friend. Kim does great, very high quality work, and she is a problem solver. Her prices are very reasonable and she is fare and honest.
    She works part time in her spare time, so sometimes it takes a little longer than expected to get a job done. However, when there is something that urgently needs getting done (like fixing a furnace flue in the middle of winter), she will get it done right away.

    I highly recommend her, if you are willing to be a little patient at times.
