Dennis J. Kimble, DBA Kimble Construction (formerly of Chestnut Street, now of East Pike Road, Indiana, Pennsylvania) is currently being investigated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection on the basis of the following complaints:
1) Faulty/defective workmanship (e.g., improperly installed a new in 2011 roof that leaks)
2) Deceptive business practices
3) Refusing to back written or express guarantees of "satisfaction" (e.g., Kimble's advertising claims of "Satisfaction Guaranteed.")
