Founded in 2010 by lifelong friends Ben Leak and Shaun Roberts as a residential real estate investing hobby company, Kind Sir has since evolved and expanded to include commercial real estate, as well as a residential construction, a concrete scanning, coring, and cutting, and a commercial and industrial insulation company.
