Kindred Homes lures you in to believe that they are a quality builder. But then you realize they use cheap labor and then will lie to you on walk through and punch outs.
Do not trust Mike, Jennifer or Chad; they will tell you something then deny what they said. Kindred utilizes deceptive business practices and they do not stand by their work. They also implement zero quality control over their subcontractors

Buyer beware. Built home with Kindred homes of Ga in 2017. Disappointed and disastrous. Chad Rick, (builder) absolutely does not check after his contractors. In our excitement of building our home, overlooked trey ceiling missing in dining room. Told by several neighbors after we moved in, saw trey ceiling missing during construction, (Chad, builder) commented, 'hope buyers don't notice'. He had a chance to make it right doing construction, chose not to. We closed, noticed, told 'you signed off during walk through'. Carpet not meeting in several places, warped floors, poor quality of work around doors, and list continues. Lies, deception, lies and more lies from builder, real estate agent, (Jamie Mock of Engel & Volkers), and (Jennifer Rucker of Kindred Homes) about home. So, unless you are taking another home builder/inspector and an attorney, Buyer Beware.
