Joe (King Beaver Construction) and his team did an amazing job bringing my condo to 2020, updating electrical, plumbing, removing walls and raising ceilings. Very professional service. Joe worked with us to identify our preferences as far as building materials, etc. The advice he gave was always good.
The finished project was really nice. We were pleased with the subcontractors assigned to this project. We never could have the patience and expertise to do this job piecemeal.

We were blessed to have found Joe Beaver and his construction company following major damage from flooding. The entire was house was damaged requiring a complete rebuild from floor to ceiling.
Joe brought in a crew of experienced craftsmen whose dedication to quality and detail was impressive and resulted in a beautiful new house. His crew of Justine, Hector, David, and Nico were friendly and they communicated well as the project progressed. The work was completed as promised and we are extremely happy with the outcome.
