The company very WORST and ADIL the proprietor of company very very unprofessional person. They make my Roof,Gutters and Downspout more bad then before.In last year because of Hell we come in touch and contract.They claim to my Insurance company,Get Initial amount for buy material but they disappear couple of months.I try to call but I can't complete my call.I try by another phone again n again then one day ADIL come n collect deductible amount in cash.After 2 months do work but from start its bad.My Downspout & Gutters leakage.Call him again n again then they just repair downspout.Still Gutters leakage.Even in this fall season I get water mark to my ceiling.I try to call him but 2 time ADIL say M driving I call u later.I do not get call back. Even nowadays I can't complete call may be HE blocked my cell no.I try to contact him by text & Email but not get reply. They Neither come for repair Nor come to collect the Rest amount checK.M Very Frustrated BY a Terrible company

worse contractor ever, work is not finished yet, and does not answer, took whole check of $18,000 , and disappear, has not finished sidings, which was damaged in 2019 storm, going to report BBB and going to small court. State should revoke their licence work , I don't know how many families must have been ripped off by them. this guy was recommended by an friend of ours, so we blindly trusted them. Seems like friend or no friend never trust these people. Going to small court also. furious customer.

I’ve contacted Adeel from King Builders and services in September to help me with my roofing needs . I’ve signed the initial paperwork in September 2019 and was told as soon as the inspection is done and the check is received by the insurance Company [All State] work will be performed. Inspection was done on 10/5 and and another inspection was done on 10/14 by All State. Check was issued by All State within a day of arrival was presented to “Adeel from King Builder and Services. His brother, Adnan took over to complete the job, but only did the roof and siding and now is not returning any calls to complete the rest of work which include fascia installation and gutters (which were paid out of pocket by me and have a contract along with a copy of my personal check cashed by them). I know i’ve made the worst decision by choosing them and not reviewing the previous complaint, reviews and complaint on BBB regarding their family run company which is out their to scam people and keep their money. I’ve paid them over $11000+ in total for the job which includes a check from insurance company and out of pocket cost by me .
Just a word of caution to everyone out there is to avoid them at any cost and never pay them the full money in advance. They are greedy people who will never return your calls/ txts once you pay them and they are in business to scam people. They have been reported to BBB, department of insurance and legal action will be taken against them

I live in Schaumburg we just had a major storm roll threw. There we're storm chasers coming out of the woodwork. So I looked for a contractor to make repairs and deal with my insurance company. King builders stepped in signed on but after reading the back of the contract in detail I neede to back out and cancel. Did so thorough letter fax and phone. And in the specified time frame on the contract. My insurance company said all tjat was good to go but they need a letter from King releasing me from said contract. Now they've turned into a ghost. And I found out they've been caught doing unpermited work stay away from this company you've been warned!!

I recently contacted them to repair my siding in July 2014 after a hail storm. It is now December and have yet to get any work done, or a refund from them. They constantly dodge my calls and I will be calling BBB shortly! What a bunch of storm chasing crooks, hire at your own risk
