    replace subfloor, install new door and tile

    King Construction does not stand behind their work and they do not keep their word. We paid thousands of dollars to have residential work done and it's not held up. The subfloor was not put in properly so wind whistles underneath the door they installed. We have cracks in the grout of the tile they put in on the new subfloor. We called them back and a man came out to inspect it. He told my husband that they would stand behind the work and they would come fix it. Then today we received a message that King Construction no longer does residential work and that they will not be fixing it. So that man who was here 2 weeks ago lied to my husband's face. Look for a company that is going to do right by you. I'll be letting everyone know how they treated us.

    They butchered a 10k recovery/renovation in my home. Didn't even reset the appliances. I signed the final papers to get them out of my house. Would not have them build a dog house.
