King Construction recently completed a large (15x15) enclosed, screened in patio for us. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, responsive to our requests, and professional and courteous manner of both the owner and his crew. We requested a custom trey ceiling, the screening looks translucent as we wanted, gutters accommodated for our landscaper's mistake, and the installation of the screen doors, swing, and electrical work (recessed lights, ceiling fan), brought it all together into a space of beauty and relaxation that our entire family can enjoy for years to come.
