Hillario and his crew did a great job rebuilding a 2 story deck last year. Now they are doing a complete remodel of the 3rd floor to create 3 more bedrooms. Looking forward to the finished product.

I want to say that Hilario and his crew were professional, courteous, and went beyond just doing the job. We had the roof of our shed and the back half of our house roof shingled, along with power washing both and fixing the soffits on the front and back of our house. There was no ventilation in our soffits, so they drilled holes and installed vinyl soffits with small holes for the ventilation. Hilario noticed some wood rot on the doors of the shed, the ramp to the shed and a facia board on our carport and replaced them. He had his crew paint our bulkhead, too! We are very pleased with their work and will certainly call if we have other work to be done in the future. We have already recommended him to a couple of our friends,

Hilario and his crew did a great job installing vinyl siding and making a front door portico. The crew were fast and worked hard. Good value for the money. They stayed on budget.

King Construction is a good company to get small jobs done. I had a farmer's porch added on and some retaining wall work done. It all came out very nice.
Have used them for a few other projects, and they are very capable to tackle just about anything.

October 4, 2020 I hired a fellow off Yelp who had good reviews. He had subcontracted the job to Hilario. The project entailed: redoing a ceiling, fixing a faucet, replace a pivot in a window, and repair a sliding door. He had asked for half in advance and I gave him a check. None of the projects were completed and I needed to fire him after 6+ weeks of go arounds. He never showed up, as promised, and never explained why, just showed up at his whim and asked for more money. Which I had given him hoping it might speed up the process. He subcontracted the ceiling redo and it was done so unsafe, unbelievable. He used 1/2" plaster dry wall board, it needed to be 1/4" for the re-board process. The 1/2 " wall board was affixed using 2" dry wall screws that did not penetrate any josts/strapping, no taping, and lots of mud to cover tons of mistakes. The ceiling was halfway through with cracks along the entire length/width of said ceiling and it started to bow some. The infant sleeping in that room was not safe! The bathroom work was subcontract to another fellow who did a descent job. In the process, three dents were made in the new wood flooring. Fixing the window, he had made a hole in the screen. The blinds in the room where the ceiling was being worked on ...destroyed! It was a stressful and costly mistake.!! Also, I had to pay another worker to correct make the ceiling safe......

Our family can recommend King Contructiuon enough. His professionalism is unmatched. They did a very good service at our home. Painting work, roof replacement and carpentry. I will be a lifelong customer and would recommend it to others who need this service. Thanks again King construcion for a beautiful job well done.

I was reading all this negative comment about hilario Vazquez and his crew. I was wowed by these people work on my property he work on a 3 floor apartment building they did all the decks and the price was very fair, the workmanship and the job they did was very nice I can not talk about the other people Experian. but my was good.and i will hire him anytime.that I need any work on my property..

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

Hilario Vazquez and his crew are the worst people you can hire, they are liars, rude and irresponsible. We sign up for a Job and they not only wasted our time and money but also disappeared and never finished the job. Every day they had an excuse and at the end, they just were not taking our phone calls

took 2 months to install a new roof. It usually takes a professional company 2 days. Hilario is a professional lier , never returns calls . when he was finally done with my roof , he did not have the courtesy to clean the scuffs off the walls. Hilario left the upper lip on my skylight without shingles on it to prevent water from getting through. Called him many times , finally he said he will come to fix it , never showed up. Please don't use King Construction, Hillario is a rip off .

Wish I could give him lower than one. He put a new roof on the house and it's leaking. Every time I call him he said he'll be there and he never fixes that. His workmanship was way way below what I expected and he didn't do most of what he said he would. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't hire this guy.
